After almost six months of getting my Fuji Film X100T, I still suck at taking photos. My new year's resolution has officially failed.
Memorial day weekend I took a trip to Nashville with a boy on the other side of the country. The time we had there was nothing but fun. We went kayaking, ate hot chicken, visited the Johnny Cash Museum, and hit some crazy cool bars downtown. Before this I had no idea what goes on in Nashville, had no idea it's kind of THE place for bachelor and bachelorette parties. Every night downtown Broadway is lively af. There are horse carriages, pedal taverns, and a full street of country/folk music. It really resembles a down-to-earth version of Las Vegas Strip, if not even crazier. For a janky New Yorker like me, having a taste of some authentic southern culture is definitely an unforgettable experience.
Anyways back to the camera skill talk, I really disappointed myself this time. I mean just look at these photos I snapped, not one of them is good enough to represent the weekend. They are either dark, blurry, or overly exposed, which ironically also describes the drunken nights I had in this city.
