Since our last shoot was so successful, Kenny and I decided to return to Roosevelt island this week. Unfortunately, this time the sky was a little gloomy and the lighting wasn't as satisfying. Occasionally a glimpse of bright light peeked through the clouds and landed on my head like a halo. Although challenging to capture, Kenny unleashed his super photographer skills and was able to take some sick ass photos.
So about my outfit, I realize that there’re two things really IN this season. One is skinny scarf, which in my understanding is popular due to this past year’s choker obsession. Skinny scarf is basically a scarf choker, 100% decorative since it doesn't keep you warm. The second one is satin. Topshop has been showcasing satin material blouses in many different styles, the one I chose to wear is a pink satin jacket, perfect to throw over many outfits this season. I also wore a black backless bodysuit from Zara underneath. Personally I really dig the aesthetic of skinny scarf on a tight low-cut top because it delivers both edge and class.
